Requirements for the PUP Resident Scholarship: For the President's Listers, interested applicants must have a GWA of at least 1.5, while Dean's Listers must have a GWA of at least 1.75. No grade shall be below 2.5, and no INC, F, or D grade. The top 10% in the President's list ranking will receive P1,000.00, and all resident scholars will receive certificates, signed by the president.

Entrance Scholarship Requirements: The Entrance Scholarship is awarded to incoming first-year college students who have demonstrated exemplary achievements in senior high school. Applicants who did not pass or who have not taken the Polytechnic University of the Philippines College Entrance Test (PUPCET) must be willing to sign a notarized agreement with PUP through the Office of Scholarship and Financial Assistance.
