How can I apply for a Student Assistantship Program?
Student Assistantship is a term of employment applicable to any student of regular academic status. The term of employment is subject to renewal every semester. Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled and at least 2nd Year College With Regular status Must passed all enrolled subjects during the last enrolled semester Must be endorsed by the head of the Office to be served Requirements: You are required to submit the following documents to avail themselves of this scholarship: Two copies of the Duly Accomplished Student Assistantship Endorsement Form (PUP-SAEF-5-OFSS-015). Provide 2 copies of a screenshot showing the grades. How to apply for the PUP Resident Scholarship?
Requirements for the PUP Resident Scholarship: For the President's Listers, interested applicants must have a GWA of at least 1.5, while Dean's Listers must have a GWA of at least 1.75. No grade shall be below 2.5, and no INC, F, or D grade. The top 10% in the President's list ranking will receive P1,000.00, and all resident scholars will receive certificates, signed by the president.

How can I apply for the Entrance Scholarship Program?
Entrance Scholarship Requirements: The Entrance Scholarship is awarded to incoming first-year college students who have demonstrated exemplary achievements in senior high school. Applicants who did not pass or who have not taken the Polytechnic University of the Philippines College Entrance Test (PUPCET) must be willing to sign a notarized agreement with PUP through the Office of Scholarship and Financial Assistance. The Entrance Scholarship must qualify under the following categories: Academic Excellence Awardee (With High or Highest Honors who belong to a graduating class of not less than 100 students). Cultural Artist Student Athlete Creative Media Campus Journalist Differently abled learners Graduate from the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Indigenous People (IP) Solo Parent Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Official First Generation College Applicant/ Student from an Indigent Family/Clan Eligibility: Certification from the School Principal (with dry seal) or authorized representative of the Senior High School of the exemplary performance of the applicant as: Graduate with High Honors or Highest Honors Cultural Artist who has represented the school in competitions or off-campus invitations Student Athlete who has represented the school in competitions Creative Media Artist who is a member of the official school organization Campus Journalist who is a member of the official school organization For differently-abled learners -Photocopy of PWD ID or any other proof of impairment for PWD students For ALS Student - Certification for passing ALS Accreditation and Equivalency (A & E) Assessment and Certification. For IP Student - Certificate of Tribe Membership, or any equivalent certification or proof as belonging to indigenous people/indigenous cultural community For Solo Parent - Photocopy of ID and certification from the Barangay as a solo parent For SK Official - Photocopy of ID or Certification or any Proof as SK Official First Generation College Applicant from an Indigent Family/Clan - Photocopy of ID and Certification from the Barangay as a First-Generation College Applicant from an Indigent Family/Clan. Applying for Other Scholarships or Financial Assistance
Program Requirements: A student must be enrolled in school, when applying for a scholarship or financial assistance. Students may receive only one (1) scholarship benefit or financial assistance. The student must be presently enrolled and must prepare when applying for a scholarship or financial assistance. Please provide copies of the following documents: a. Include a copy of the registration card. b. Copy of grades; c. Having a good moral certificate is also required. d. Proof of the family's annual income Student applicants must have a 2.25 or higher general weighted average and grade per subject. without receiving a grade of INC, D (dropped), W (withdrawn), or F (failed) Some scholarship grantors are strict in evaluating the estimated annual income. For students who plan to take advantage of the scholarship, the estimated cost is P300,000.00 per year. Grantors have various ways of releasing allowances. Some release it personally, while others let the university process the release of allowances through a Landbank ATM.
