How to apply: The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) is a program under RA 10931 (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act), The program includes free higher education, free technical and vocational education, and a student loan program. Students will be ranked in the following order: (a) We will rank students from households included in Listahanan 2.0 based on their estimated per capita household income, and (b) We will rank students who are not in Listahanan 2.0 based on their submitted proof of income, which the UniFirst Board will determine. Eligibility: To qualify for the TES program, students must: Become a Filipino citizen. Participate in programs at private HEIs listed in the Registry, SUCs, CHED-recognized LUCs, or tertiary education institutions in the Philippines. Demonstrate financial need. You must be qualified for admission and meet retention requirements at state universities and colleges (SUCs), local universities and colleges (LUCs), or private higher education institutions (HEIs), and ensure that you have not exceeded the maximum residency policy of the HEI.
