What is the process for collaborating with PUP to help students?
The first step is an exploratory meeting to discuss the background and services of both PUP and the Foundation/Company. The next step is to review the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), sign it, and then implement the Scholarship Program.

I am a potential grantor; who can I support?
The program is open to students from any PUP campus or PUP-affiliated campuses.

I'm a potential grantee. What support can I offer?
As a potential grantee, you can provide various kinds of support, including: Financial assistance: to cover expenses such as food, books, transportation, dormitory fees, research expenses, and clothing. Responsible for conducting programs such as Psychological First Aid, Capacity Building, Leadership Training, etc. Sponsoring items or providing financial support for office, academic, or university programs. Contributing to beautification projects like designing school facilities, installing appliances, or donating educational tools.

What are the qualifications for selecting scholars?
Qualifying for a scholarship depends on the foundation or company's retention policy.

How can support scholars be provided?
There are two options for providing financial support: 1. The foundation or company can provide financial support through a PUP account with a 1% administrative fee. 2. The Foundation can directly provide financial support to the scholars without paying the 1% administrative fee to PUP.

How long will it take to review the MOA draft?
Reviewing the Memorandum of Agreement It will take 3–5 business days.

What support can PUP provide for this service?
PUP provides services such as updating the foundation or company on the status of their scholars, advertising the scholarship programs they offer, recommending potential scholars who meet their criteria, etc., as agreed upon.

How long a contract can PUP offer for the Foundation or Company Scholarship Program?
There are two options for the Foundation or Company to consider: Firstly, the foundation or company can commit to one, two, three, or any preferred number of years. Secondly, the foundation or company can opt for a perpetual contract, but in the event of proposed changes, they can file an amendment to the existing MOA.

What student year levels and courses am I able to support?
It depends on the foundation's or company's preferences. PUP offers undergraduate and graduate programs on all of its campuses in the Philippines.
