How to apply for the PUP Resident Scholarship?

Requirements for the PUP Resident Scholarship:

For the President's Listers, interested applicants must have a GWA of at least 1.5, while Dean's Listers must have a GWA of at least 1.75.
No grade shall be below 2.5, and no INC, F, or D grade.
The top 10% in the President's list ranking will receive P1,000.00, and all resident scholars will receive certificates, signed by the president.
