How can I apply for a Student Assistantship Program?
Student Assistantship is a term of employment applicable to any student of regular academic status. The term of employment is subject to renewal every semester.
Eligibility:
Must be currently enrolled and at least 2nd Year College
With Regular status
Must passed all enrolled subjects during the last enrolled semester
Must be endorsed by the head of the Office to be served

You are required to submit the following documents to avail themselves of this scholarship:
Two copies of the Duly Accomplished Student Assistantship Endorsement Form (PUP-SAEF-5-OFSS-015).
Provide 2 copies of a screenshot showing the grades.
Two photocopies of the current Certificate of Registration
Two copies of the Personal Data Sheet (PUP-PDSA-5-OFSS-009)
Two copies of the Scholarship Agreement Form (PUP-SCAG-5-OFSS-013)
