To obtain a certificate of scholarship, you must first: Go to the cashier’s office and pay the required fee of P150.00. Bring your official payment receipt together with one photocopy of the current Certificate of Registration and submit it to the OSFA for verification. The assigned officer will prepare and issue the certification.

Who are qualified for the Entrance Scholarship? Entrance scholarships are awarded to senior high school graduates who did not pass the PUPCET but qualified because they graduated with high honors, as well as those who are certified student athletes, creative media artists, campus journalists, and cultural artists.

Important notes to remember when applying for a scholarship: Some scholarship grantors are strict in evaluating the estimated annual income; the best estimate is Php 300,000.00 per annum.

You must have a general weighted average and grade per subject of 2.25 or better, without a grade of incomplete, dropped, withdrawn, or failed.
