What are the requirements for requesting a scholarship certification?
To obtain a certificate of scholarship, you must first: Go to the cashier’s office and pay the required fee of P150.00. Bring your official payment receipt together with one photocopy of the current Certificate of Registration and submit it to the OSFA for verification. The assigned officer will prepare and issue the certification.

Entrance scholarships are awarded to senior high school graduates who did not pass the PUPCET but qualified because they graduated with high honors, as well as those who are certified student athletes, creative media artists, campus journalists, and cultural artists.
