If you did not receive an email for your PUP iApply account reset password, please do these steps:
1. Double check if you entered the correct email address.
2. Check your junk/spam folder.
3. If you still haven't receive the email, please submit a ticket request through the PUP SINTA portal. Choose ICT Services > Request for Information Systems Support and select PUP iApply in the information systems selection drop down. Attach your PUP ID or any government ID.

Due to the volume of requests we receive daily from all PUP students, faculty, employees, and even outside clients, our response may take longer than expected. Kindly note the following:
Simple transactions within three (3) working days,
Complex transactions may take up to seven (7) working days to process.
Twenty (20) working days for highly technical transactions.
