HRMD: Suspension of Employee Transfers and Recruitment During the 2025 Midterm Elections

Kindly be advised that the appointment and employment of new employees are strictly PROHIBITED from March 28 to May 11, 2025, in light of the forthcoming 2025 midterm elections.

The Human Resource Management Department will facilitate the renewal of impermanent employees, as well as any other relevant employee transitions, prior to March 28. Subsequent to this date, the Human Resource Management Department will address requests that were submitted after May 11.
