Claiming your e-Permit

Please follow the guidelines for claiming an e-permit:

Go to PUP iApply and click “Claim Permit.”
Enter the required information and click “Submit.”
After clicking “Submit,” you may encounter either of the following messages from the system:

Application Successful: If you see this message, click “Download e-permit.”. Click “Save” or "Open.” When

your browser prompts you to do so, click on the download link to obtain your e-permit.

This will download your e-permit. In color, print your e-permit.

Problem with photo: If you see this message, it means that the photo you uploaded did not meet the

required criteria. To ensure that you follow the proper and required format,

Scan a new photo with the correct format and click the “Upload Photo” button. This will upload.
Submit your new photo to the system, and an admissions officer will review it. Please allow three.
photo validation for five (3-5) workdays. After 3-5 workdays, proceed to Step 1 of the claim.
