Students who were eligible for an entrance scholarship were the following:

• First-year students who have passed the PUP College Entrance Test (PUPCET) and belong to specific categories, such as those with high honors, cultural artists, student athletes, creative media artists, campus journalists, and differently abled students, are eligible.

• ALS graduates, indigenous people, SK officials, solo parents, and first-generation college applicants from indigent families or clans.
