The existence of the scholarship program verifies the scholars' requests for certification, which they use for applying for scholarships and financial assistance, their requests for funds from benefactors, and their reimbursements of expenses.

To facilitate the request for Certification of No Scholarship, students must secure payment to the Finance Management Office and submit to OSFA the copy of the Official receipt either via walk-in or email.
