The scholarship program's existence validates the scholars' requests for certification, which they use to apply for scholarships and financial assistance, request funds from benefactors, and reimburse their expenses. Later, they validate their requests for scholarship funds from the benefactors.

How to Apply:

To facilitate the request for Certification of Scholars’ Records, the following documents must be submitted to OSFA:

1. Request letters, forms originated from the benefactors and reports generated by the scholars presented to  benefactor.

2. Receipts, Requests, Prescription from the experts
