The Office of Scholarship and Financial Assistance will verify the document's authenticity from the original copy, but they will only collect the photocopy or scanned copy.

The applicant must present the original copy of the following documents and submit only the photocopies:

• Current registration card

• Screenshot of grades

• Good moral certificate

• Proof of Income (ITR/Certificate of Indigency, etc.)

• Other requirements as prescribed by the grantor
