UL: Can I make a request to pick up a physical book?

Users must observe the library's circulation policy at all times.

The book(s) (and/or other material(s)) requested will be ready after two working days (provided the material(s) requested are on shelves) from the date of the request. Once the material(s) is ready for pickup, we will notify you via text message, phone call, or email.
We will safely pack all requested materials and have them ready for pick-up at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the NALLRC Building.
